Theres nothing unique about it its just an empty area with a few things to do and the only way to truly stick out is to fork over roblox and get some of that over priced cool gear. Kids fall for it because theyre kids they dont know any better and just want to be cool and liked. The purpose of roblox is for players to interact and make friends. Anyway the vast majority of games also called places on roblox are definitely safekid friendly. Kids play what they think is fun.

Roblox is often called a game for kids as that is what roblox is marketed as i dont think roblox is restricted for a certain type of age.
